Return and Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The fabric colors are not covered under product guarantee and it is always advisable to do a dry clean first time.
Apart from any price difference between new and exchange items any other expenses occurred to settle the exchange must be borne by the customer.
Please note that no discounts and/or coupons can be applied to exchange orders and if applied, will be added back to the final price. Also, an exchanged item cannot be exchanged or refunded again.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by cash or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 301 Upper Thomson Road, #01-16, Thomson Plaza, Singapore - 574408
Contests & Coupons:
We run various promotional coupons, contests, discounts and similar. These are limited to one time use for each customer unless specified otherwise. These are also in the spirit of fair use and we reserve the right to deny the award/participation to any participant at our sole discretion with or without a prior intimation. For free gifts and promotions - no exchange is allowed and the exact gift sent will be on our discretion.
If you want to return your product on your own, you should deliver your product to: 301 Upper Thomson Road, #01-16, Thomson Plaza, Singapore - 574408. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In such cases, the return & refund will only be processed when the item is received and inspected.
If you want to return or cancel the order and get a full refund, there will be deduction of 10% processing and cancellation charge.
